General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the kc44 platform and its associated services ("Services"). By accessing the kc44.cam website, creating an account, or using any of the services, you agree to these Terms fully and unconditionally.

- Re-registration is prohibited if your account has previously been closed or banned by kc44.
kc44 may at any time request documents for identity verification (national identity card, passport, or driving licence). Failure to provide these documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number — must be completely accurate and correct.
3.2 Login Credential Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Login details must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Updating Information
If any registered account details change (such as a mobile number or email), the user must promptly inform the kc44 support team via live chat.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure the security and transparency of the service, kc44 may carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kc44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
4.2 Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes (once applicable verification is complete).
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The user must complete account verification before submitting a withdrawal request. Fulfilling the relevant wagering requirements is mandatory for withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
4.4 Fraud Prevention
If any unusual activity or suspected fraud is detected in a transaction, kc44 reserves the right to suspend that transaction and conduct further investigation. User cooperation may be required in such situations.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus applies only once and only to the first deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the total of the deposit and the bonus must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, and (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 25 = ৳55,000 must be wagered.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonuses may not apply to funds deposited via methods other than bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, family, address, or IP address is prohibited.
- kc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
kc44 has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is earned through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Terms
A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, kc44 reserves the right to cancel it.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), golf, and American football. The result of each event will be determined in accordance with official broadcasts or internationally recognised sources.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
A wide range of games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming are available in the live casino and slot games section. All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.
6.4 Technical Issues
kc44 will not be held liable for financial losses arising from disconnection of internet service, device failure, or any other technical problem, unless it is proven that the issue originated on kc44's own servers.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the account being closed immediately:
- Operating more than one account or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system — placing bets with the deliberate intent of collecting bonuses (arbitrage betting).
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of hacking tool.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Following coordinated or planned betting strategies against other users.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Presenting yourself as an officer or representative of kc44.
- Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users on the platform.
Responsible Gaming
kc44 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be for entertainment — not as a solution to financial pressure or personal problems.

- Users can set their own deposit limits.

Limitation of Liability
kc44 strives to provide uninterrupted, technically stable service; however, kc44 will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by the user's internet disconnection or device failure.
- Delays or errors arising from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) themselves.
- Service unavailability during unplanned system maintenance.
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or unauthorised access by a third party.
- Natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen events.
Account Suspension
12.1 Suspension by kc44
In cases of breach of these terms, fraud, bonus abuse, illegal activity, or any harmful conduct, kc44 may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account without prior notice.
12.2 Closure by User
Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email ([email protected]). Any remaining valid withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.
12.3 Right to Appeal
If an account is suspended, the user may contact the support team to request an appeal. kc44 will review the appeal within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms
kc44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notification.
Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend that users review this page regularly.
